Salon Cancellation Policy

Your hairdresser appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48
hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48
hours notice of cancellation 30% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.

Let us know about any changes as soon as possible, or minimum 48 hours before your appointment. Then, if we have a free space, we will be able to re schedule your appointment.

If you won't be able to make it, deposit is non refundable.

Maksimum late for any appointment is 10-15 minutes dependents of treatment, After this time appointment will be cancelled automatically, and deposit non refundable. It's because we need to provide full treatment for next client.
